Damaged indesign file

I was working normally on my indesign project until suddenly the program has crashed and i had to force quit the program and now the file that i was working on got damged and won't open any more  

the error massage is 

indesign is unable to perform the requested operation on the file

i alredy tried to open it as a copy and also tried to open it on another pc and it didnt work, please help me on finding the solution as. thank you
