Data Merge

Only some of my data source file (up to 59 columns) are only coming through the data merge. What could be causing this issue?

Without seeing data file and a sample merge it's hard to say, but I would take a close look at the column headings (first row) and also check for carriage returns or other special characters in the data cells.
