where can I download the debug version of Indesign 2022 or 2023?
I'm registered in prerelease program, but the debug version of indesign does not appear to download.

You need to be a member of the InDesign Developer Prerelease program for access to the debug versions. I think you might be a part of InDesign Prerelease program and not the InDesign Developer Prerelease.
