Design Collateral Photoshoot - Real or faked?

Hi all

Just getting back into the design world and pulling together my portfolio and have a question.

Many graphic designers are displaying their work as though they have set up a photoshoot of all their print collateral - see uploaded examples.

I'm assuming some actually do do proper photoshoots, and others maybe fake it in Photoshop, adding realistc shadows and lighting, which I can of course take time and do, but I was wondering if there's a specific app out there that I've missed, that does it for you, where you upload your finished collateral, create the layout in 2D and it creates some sort of 3D realistic photoshoot effect liek the ones attached.

Have I missed this???

Many thanks in advance guys...

The examples you are showing are most likely stock templates you can purchase from a site like Adobe Stock. You then edit the layers to add your specific designs to make it your own.
