Designing an esignature document for a third party

Hi,

I designed an agreement document in InDesign with specific content fields including a signature field. My boss doesn't like the signature field and how it makes the user create an identity. They believe it will be too confusing. My work around was to bring an exported pdf into Acrobat and use the native esignature feature. I saved it as a template, but can't figure out if I can export this for my boss' use. They will be the one sending it to clients. When I download the doc from Acrobat it seems to lose the signing features I created. Thoughts?

I've moved this from the Using the Community forum (which is the forum for issues using the forums) to the InDesign forum so that proper help can be offered.

Advanced features for eSignatures are going to need to be completed in Acrobat. There is nothing you can do in InDesign. If you have questions about that, please ask in the Acrobat forum.
