Dictionary Sharing across users in a company

Hello! I work on a marketing team for a company, and we have two of us that need to share a dictionary of words, names, and abbrevaitions specific to our comapny and industry. Is there a way to do this via CC or do we have to set up a local file and update, share, and relink as needed? Has anyone run across this before?

I share there is a way to make new dictionaries for InDesign, but we also need it to able to work in Ilustrator as well as InDesign.
