Die Lines Erasing Artwork

I must have a setting wrong when exporting because I am using a file that was set up correctly from a printer but when I export it to a pdf the die lines remove artwork where there should be some. Including pictures to explain more.

    Do you mean "DINING" word?

    Yes... the "Dining" and the green color should be on that tab - when I export they both go away

    Select the artwork and open the attributes panel. Set it to overprint.

    Edit: Also, this should be on its own layer to make things even easier.


    The artwork for the tab is on a separate layer... I set it to overprint then exported and the same issue happened. it shows the die-cut line but the artwork is not showing
