Die Lines Erasing Artwork

I must have a setting wrong when exporting because I am using a file that was set up correctly from a printer but when I export it to a pdf the die lines remove artwork where there should be some. Including pictures to explain more.

Yes... the "Dining" and the green color should be on that tab - when I export they both go away

The artwork for the tab is on a separate layer... I set it to overprint then exported and the same issue happened. it shows the die-cut line but the artwork is not showing

Ah...it's an Illustrator file.

You need to open it in Illustrator and set the overprints there. Also, be sure you're exporting a layered PDF from InDesign.
