Different between Distiller and InDeisgn when export PDF

This is when export PDF from InDesign

And this is when export PDF from Distiller

I want to know why. Is there any way export PDF from Indesign but the Dimension showing like the second one

From Distiller you never export, you print a postscript file. But postscript should be avoided in modern times, no PDF via Distiller or print, no EPS. Postscript does not dsupport transparency.

The end numbers are only rounded and this accuracy is not imortant as you will nt see it in the final product and those numbers are always rounded as the programs are all calculating internal in DTP-Points up to 3 digits after the comma in InDesign, which is moree accurate than postscript.

the different values could be explained if Distiller or PostScript is not using the feature Highres Bounding Box.

Also, it‘s my understanding that points are used internally as the master measurement unit, so set your Acrobat and InDesign unit preferences to Points and check the trim box. I get this:

Hi @AnhDao11 , It looks like the Export version includes a bleed and the the distilled .ps was saved with no bleed? The distilled trim x,y is at 0,0.
