Do all Parent pages need to be the same size/dimensions in a single file?
...or can you have Parent pages of different sizes/dimensions all in the same file? If so, how do I change the size of one parent page but not the other?

Also, after a document has been started and has multiple parent pages, you can double-click onto the selected parent page and click the Page tool to make size adjustments to it.
