Document cannot package due to missing plugin

We are using InDesign 2022 (17.4) after we're done editing and we need to re-package this error prompt us. What could be the reason behind this error?

Hello @Joel Famadulan,

Try exporting the document to a IDML, then open the IDML file, save it back to a .indd file and try packaging again.
