Does InDesign CS4 run in Mojave?

New Here ,
Dec 06, 2018 Dec 06, 2018

I recently upgraded my Mac to Mojave and now InDesign (CS4) won't open my documents. Are Adobe CS4 apps now incompatible with the new Mojave OS? I don't really want, or need, to go to Creative Cloud as my clients are still running CS4.

When CS4 came it out, it was designed to work with Mac OS X 10.5.8 or 10.6.

Mojave is now at 10.14.2.

The operating system has completely changed. CS4 is not supported by Adobe, and you're totally on your own!

Don’t try to mix ancient and modern. Take Mac OS back.

That is what I was thinking also. What is the best way to do that?

Did you make a full system back up? If not, I doubt you’re going to have much success going back.
