Does InDesign CS4 run in Mojave?

I recently upgraded my Mac to Mojave and now InDesign (CS4) won't open my documents. Are Adobe CS4 apps now incompatible with the new Mojave OS? I don't really want, or need, to go to Creative Cloud as my clients are still running CS4.

    Correct answer Steve Werner

    Yes, Time Machine has been backing up daily.

    When CS4 came it out, it was designed to work with Mac OS X 10.5.8 or 10.6.

    Mojave is now at 10.14.2.

    The operating system has completely changed. CS4 is not supported by Adobe, and you're totally on your own!

    Why what? This discussion is more than 4 years old and nothing has changed.

    I have one thing for you to try, and please report back as to whether it works;

    Don’t try to mix ancient and modern. Take Mac OS back.

    That is what I was thinking also. What is the best way to do that?

    Did you make a full system back up? If not, I doubt you’re going to have much success going back.
