Don't know how to remove blue lines under text

We received an indesign document with these blue lines, nobody really knows how to get rid of it. Does anyone know what this is? and how to remove it? 🙂

Hi, it seems that conditional text has been applied to the whole content of this frame. Go to the window menu > text and table > Conditional text

Just delete the condition if you don't need it. Don't be afraid, text will not be deleted.
