Hello guys.

I am trying to make a page of a dotted grid for bullet journaling. However, I have no idea what would be the best way to do it. Can any of you give me any suggestions? So far have not found anything useful online.

Thanks in advance!

you can, for example, draw the small circle at the top-left corner, copy it (Ctrl/Cmd C) and use Step and Repeat command (Edit > Step and Repeat). Set the needed horizontal and vertical distances, turn on the Create as a Grid option and define the amount of the columns and rows. You can control the result turning on the Preview option.

This is a task I'd perform in Adobe Illustrator using the pattern tool: Illustrator CS6: Using the Pattern Options tool | lynda.com tutorial - YouTube

It can then be imported as an image into InDesign. The advantage of this method is that if the client wants to make a change, it's a lot easier doing this to one image rather than lots of selections in InDesign.

If the answer wasn't in my post, perhaps it might be on my blog at colecandoo!

Can you please please please attach the file? I've been trying to do this myself (first time using Ai and Id) and am about to tear my hair out :/
