Dot leader missing from table of contents

I am making table of contents. I am facing issue in one of the entries where the leader dots disappear. 

Please help .

Set this value to 184,6 mm

and this value should be set to Justify Left (not Right as in your file)

Alternatively, because your page numbers are aligned to the right edge of the text frame you can use right indent tabs (^y) instead of regular tabs. In the TOC dialog enter ^y in the Between Entry and Number field. That way you don't need to worry about setting the tab position at a specific place on the ruler.

Okay. Is there a way I can manually specify to use a dot leader in table of contents box for spacing, so that I don't have to do that ruler alignment in the first place?
