Dotted circle character in Bengali language

Hello all, 
I am trying to copy Bengali text from MS word into InDesign file but there are dotted circles that appear between letters of the bengali words only in InDesign and I cannot figure out how to fix it. Please see the example snapshot below. I have already set the Composer to Adobe World-Ready Paragraph Composer but am not sure what to do next. Hoping someone can help. Thank you.

You need to install a Bengali font on your computer (one which follows the Unicode standard). Also, you'll need to place the text (File > Place), copy and paste doesn't work well.

Thank you for your quick reply. Does Myriad Bengali or Adobe Bengali follow the Unicode standard?
