Double sided printing not aligning

i am using Indesign and I have created a document of 20pages 210 by 210. I’m trying to print it on A4 sized paper which is 210 by 297. Anyway the problem is the printer is printing the pages misaligned. What I mean is not 1 or 2 mm but it starts by printing the first page at the top of the page and the second page at the bottom??
