Dual monitor Issues w/ InDesign

InDesign works on one monitor but not the other.

MacBook Pro OS 11.4 Big Sur

InDesign Cloud 16.2.1

InDesign only opens on one monitor, when dragging over to larger monitor the window/document is poor quality, can't make selections and when zooming the document disapears.  

Ongoing issues with InDesign not opening in designated window via mac preferences, however now I can't even work in the document on the larger screen.

3. document when I try to zoom or make a selection to edit.

Hi there,

 

Sorry to hear about your experience. Would it be possible for you to share the GPU information? Have you tried disabling the GPU Performance under Preferences? If not, please try that & let us know if it makes any change in the behavior.

I disabled the GPU and it now seems to be working fine. Thank you for your help!

Additional information: 

Photoshop & Illustrator work just fine on the 2nd larger monitor. All other application work on the larger 2nd monitor. This is only an InDesign issue.
