Edit group mode - is it available in indeisn?

I find it very not user-friendly the way indesign hangle with editing groups... or i miss something?

InDesign does not have the equivalent of Illustrator's Isolation Mode (which you are showing in the illustration).

The place to voice your opinion would the InDesign User Voice website. A few people have requested that feature there, and you can add you voice to their request:
