"When I drag the file from the CC library, this warning sign jumps out abruptly. I have tried several methods to solve this error. However, none of these methods seem to be working. What can I do?"

I tried:

  1. Reinstalling the InDesign program
  2. Restarting the Creative Cloud using Ctrl+Alt+R
  3. Restarting the PC

I am using:

  • InDesign Version 19.2
  • Windows 10 Pro version 22H2

Hi @Ching Cheng Su,

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry to hear you're unable to open the file. Would you mind telling us if it's happening with this specific file? Is it possible for you to share the file with me over a private message so that I can investigate it on my end and share the observations?

We will try our best to help you.

Thanks,

Harshika

Is this only happening with one file in CC Library or others of the same type?

Does it only happen with one InDesign file you're dragging it into or with a new InDesign file also?

Hi Steve,

1. It’s happening with my entire CC Library file. However, it seems to work fine in Photoshop and Illustrator.

2. It's not an isolated case. The same issue occurred with a new InDesign file.

Thanks,

Ching-Cheng
