Embedded Google Form to Indesign not submitting

Hey,

I have created an Indesign document where I pasted Google form from Object - paste HTML.

Then I published the document through Indesigns Publish Online.

Form looks good, I am able to tick the boxes in the form but nothing happens when I click SEND. The button greys out but nothing happens, no data in my Google form anwers.

I would need to collect data with the form from multiple users.

Does anyone know a solution, can I get this to work?

Add a link to the form and do it that way.

I would like to use the inDesign layout because with that I can add some look to the form.

Or what do you mean by adding a link?

I can just use the Google form and that works fine but then I have no design in the form.
