Dear Experts,

I am doing math equations job, i have lots of symbols in my title, when i import the xml file not convert the some of the symbols. I know all symbols not convert in one font but you have any suggestion on this. If control the script, how to give the inputs. Please advice. Please see the screen shot below

My font name: Arnhem Pro-Blond

Ok. Are you sure that your applied font has the necessary glyphs to show the math symbols?

You could use Peter Kahrel's script missing_glyphs.jsx to list all the Unicode code points of all your missing glyphs:

Hi @kanagakumar, it would be great if you could post a sample page of XML (not the whole thing) and maybe an indesign document with the XML linked? So we can see what's going on. Are you using scripts in your workflow for this?

Yes, this xml linked file, we decide to proceed script workflow, that is i am asking workflow method for create the script structure. I have three questions, kindly advice:

1. Is there any possible for all entities available in one font?

2. If not possible then how to fix this problem?

3. If we choose the script base, Can you advice how to crete the script input method?

Hi @kanagakumar, I'm not an expert on unicode, but the first thing I'd try is setting the text in a Maths font. See this post for some free maths font ideas. If that doesn't solve your problem, it might help to post a sample of your XML.

All symbols coverted successfully. when i completed the pagination i export the xml all symbols showing symbol format. I need back to unicode format. Is there any script for this? back to "symbol to unicode" format?  Kindly advice.
