Exportez le document en "PDF interactif".

Comme le dit @Willi Adelberger il faut faire un PDF en choisissant « taille de fichier minimale » dans les paramètres d'export.

No, I did not say that. If you send a link, file does not matter. Acrobat Pro has the possiblity to send PDFs via link to any recepient. But it can also be done via other cloud services, like Dropbox, there you can send via FIle Transfer or as link to your Dropbox.

If you send a link, file does not matter.

I don't understand, if you need to download the file, size matters.

Use a link via Dropbpx or similiar.

Send only a PDF.

You can send it as link from Acrobat Pro if you are a CC subscriber.
