EPUB Error #16 every time I try to export...

I've created an interactive InDesign file with small animations, buttons and videos (linked from external files). Each time I try and export I get error #16.

Numerous potential issues - linked files taking too long to respond?

Not liking video (exported as YoutTube 720p from Adobe Rush) ?

Font incompatibility (had some Type 1 fonts).

After several hours with the online chat, still no resolution. Even tried loading older version of InDesign.

Any ideas?

Try and export half the amount of pages say pages 1-20 (if it's 40 pages)

If that exports fine - then try 21-40

Whatever side it fails on is where the error is.

Keep narrowing down the pages by halving until you land on the page(s) causing the issue.

Sorry about this trouble. Error 16 generally shows up when you are trying to upload a large file. Could you please confirm what is the file size of InDesign file which you are trying to Publish?

Is the issue related to a specific document? If yes, could you please share the document with us? You can upload it to the Creative Cloud (https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/help/share.html) and share the download link.

Hi Srishti, yes it is a large file with numerous videos included. It is the same file I am having the issues with - I will upload to your link for you to examine. It won't export as an Interactive PDF either... Thanks
