Error #0: Publish online is currently not available for your organisation.

As of yesterday we cannot use the Publish Online option in InDesign. We get a popup message stating:

Error #0: Publish online is currently not available for your organisation.

This is happening on all our machines. Does anyone have an idea?

Using InDesign 17.4 on Macs (Monterey/Ventura)

The InDesign engineers have filed a bug which they are working on: Publish Online doesn't open currently for older versions of InDesign (works with InDesign 18.x) or older operating systems.
