Error #18 Publish Online

Buenos días,

 

Llevo desde ayer experimentando problemas con este error cada vez que intento publicar un documento o crear un link.

He probado conectando el ordenador a diferentes wifis (ya que según Adobe el problema 18 se debe a una pérdida de conexión durante el proceso de publicación online). He probado a través de diferentes versiones de InDesign, diferentes documentos (viejos y nuevos), he cerrado sesión de Creative Cloud y vuelto a iniciar, he hablado con agentes, nadie de momento me da una solución.

 

¿A alguien le ha pasado algo parecido?

Thank you for reaching out and sharing the details of your issue—I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with Publish Online. I understand how frustrating this must be, especially after trying different solutions!

 

Could you please confirm the version of InDesign you're currently using and the details of your operating system? Also, are you facing the issue only with a specific file or with all the InDesign files? This will help us narrow down the cause.

It's happening to me with all InDesign files, both new and old, I can't do anything. Here you have all the data you request, while I check this thread.

 

Procesador: 2,6 GHz Intel Core i7 de 6 núcleos

Graphics: AMD Radeon Pro 5300M 4 GB / Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536 MB

RAM: 16 GB 2667 MHz DDR4

Sistema Operativo: 14.6.1 (MAC)

Hello again,

 

I don't know if you have done something internally but suddenly, by doing the screen recording, it worked. I have tried with different projects and it seems that everything works correctly again, as if by magic. I hope it won't happen again...
