Error #18 Publishing Online - no fix

Hi all,

 

I've recently been getting an error code whilst publishing on my InDesign. My account is an 'Federated ID' and I've asked my administrator and it's still not working after they manually added InDesign to my account.

An error occurred while uploading your document. Please try again.
Error #18

Is there any other reason why this wouldn't be working?

Hi Rich,

are you sure that your InDesign installation allows you to do Publish Online?

Error #18 means: "Connection lost while publishing. Check your network connection and try again."
