I'm using a Windows 10 Home 22H2 64-bit operating system, an x64-based processor.
Which in-design version should I use?

InDesign 2022, 2023 version programs will not be installed on my computer. I've met all the program installation conditions, but why isn't it downloaded?
Error Code 195, Error Code 21 window appears and cannot be executed.

Have you installed the CC Desktop App first, and then used that to try to install the others?

Error code 195 indicates that your device does not meet the minimum system requirements. How much RAM is installed on your computer? InDesign 18/2023 and InDesign 19/2024 both require a minimum of 8 GB, 16 GB is recommended.

Adobe's policy is to only offer the current version and the previous version for download through the CC Desktop app. That means that InDesign 17/2022,—which can run on 4 GBs—is no longer available through the app.
