Hola, elegí mal el plan de suscripción a INDD. Solo necesitaba la suscripción por un mes y, al parecer, por error, elegí el plan anual. Quise cancelar la suscripción y mes están cobrando una penalización de más de dos mil pesos. Me ofrecieron tres meses gratis y luego pagar la penalización que aplique. 

¿Tienen alguna sugerencia?
