Gracias

Here is a solution. You can use plain text to create a vcard/business card by using this format

BEGIN:VCARD
VERSION:2.1
N:Last Name;First Name
FN:First Name
ORG:Company
TITLE:Title
TEL;CELL:123456789
TEL;WORK;VOICE:123456789
ADR;WORK:;;123 Street;City;ST;12345;US
EMAIL;WORK;INTERNET:name@company.com
URL:company.com
END:VCARD

Using the plain text alternative can be tricky. Here's a fairly complete primer on using ID's QR code generator:

I see the same results when using accented characters with a business card QR code. Interesting note, accented characters work correctly with plain text QR codes.

This issue has been reported before with the suggestion of using online QR code creator apps for business card/QR codes with accented characters.

Thanks! This must be something that Adobe fixes. It doesn't make sense to offer that option in InDesign and make it incomplete!

What font are you using?

What version of InDesign?
