I am trying to package an InDesign file and am receiving an error message. "This document contains links to files/URL(s) that are not accessible. Please check your network connectivity or the original source of content." There are no errors in preflight. Placed graphics are linked. URLs in the document are correct. I am on Mac OS 13.4 and InDesign 2023 (just upgraded.)

Are all of your imported graphics resident on your hard drive or are you working across a network or cloud server? If there are any items not actually on your hard drive try downloading them to your hard drive and importing them into the InDesign file. Then try doing the collect. This way you can know for sure whether it is a document problem or a server issue. Hello, I had a similar case solved just because MacOS (or the user) didn't grant InDesign access to "desktop" or "download folder" etc or even "complete disk access". Do check those settings in System Settings > Privacy and Security > File and Folders and check whether InDesign has all the right switches set up.

Thank you Bill! I exported as IDML and relinked files and that resolved the issue.

The Mac OS is a disaster - I hate Macs

When I got the M3 processor Mac - anytime I went to do anything - 'are you sure you want to access files on the desktop'?
YES I want to access files on the COMPUTER!

'Do you want InDesign to have access to video'

YES I want to use the computer the way I want to use it.

I went through about a week of constant access queries from the OS.
