Explorer.exe gets killed while installing Adobe InDesign 13.1 version

Hi team,

I am facing an issue while installing Adobe InDesign application. Explorer.exe gets killed during installation. How can we suppress this ? Please let me know on what fix can we apply to resolve this.

Please state wich subscription model you have. Are you installing from a Creative Cloud for teams or Enterprise solution or as an individual subscription?

This seems to be an install issue. Please try clean uninstall and reinstall using the Cleaner Tool: Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems
