Hi there,
I have created a 4-page document that is very image heavy. I've linked PSDs that I imagine could bulk a file right up. When exported for print the document is great. The problem is, when I try to export for web I get a filesize of about 2mb which isn't all that bad, but my pages load in layers : 1 second = blank, 2 second = some images, 3 second = all images. Online this creates lag and causes it to be generally unreadable.
How can I prevent this? Is there anyway to flatten images so that they don't load in layers (I've tried flattening, refrying by printing to a pdf, nothing works). The only thing that has come close is exporting to JPEGs and importing, but my text is pixelated and difficult to read.
Any ideas?

I would export the images and transparent elements, minus the text, as a jpeg. Then remove those elements and replace with the composite jpeg. This method means you will have two documents.

Thank you, this works perfectly! Odd there isn't a built-in option to I guess "flatten" or rasterize the images on export in a similar fashion.
