Exporting parent pages to pdf

Question

I had a template from my professor to work from but she made each different page a parent page and when I try and export to pdf it only exports parent page A. How do I export all the parent pages in the same pdf?

You can't directly export parent pages to pdf with InDesign. In an old thread about the subject I found https://community.adobe.com/t5/indesign-discussions/can-you-export-masters-only-indesign-cc/m-p/9185132#:~:text=No%2C%20not%20directly.,and%20export%20only%20those%20pages. a script from Rob Day for mac  is mentioned that can do the job. I can't say if that script will still work with the current Mac OS but you might want to check out that as well as a workaround that is mentioned in that thread.
