I tried to import the excel sheet to InDesign but the format is not the same. Does anybody know how to fix this?

When it comes to tables, a good practice is always to style up the table in Indesign, using cell and table styles.

I highly recommend using a table style, especially if you intend to make changes in your Excel file and have your data updated without loosing formatting.
Now, I understand that you want to retrieve the alternate grey fills.
They can be formatted in the Table options or - even better - in the Table style options:

What are you trying to fix? What were your import settings when you placed the Excel file?
