Extra overlap in PDF pages

see the screen shot...note the strip in photo on left. That photo is bleed to center cut line..this is the PDF of the file to be printed.

can not find reason for that line

the background is a full bleed on the same layer

help..!

Looks to me like the pages have been exported to the bleed size and if you have 'inside' bleed on, the left hand page will export with the same amount from the right hand side page and vice versa.

Here's a couple of screen shots, one from indesign with bleed set to: top 3mm, bottom 3mm, inside 0mm, outside 3mm

Then the PDF to include bleed but as the 'inside' is set to 0mm it doesn't include any image from the opposing page

It is as it should be. If you add a bleed in the center, the left page takes content from the right page and vice versa.

-A program would be InDesign or Illustrator or ???
