Ich habe einen Export mit derselben InDesign-Version (20.4.1) und derselben macOS-Version (15.5) an meiner eigenen Datei getestet und konnte keine hinzugefügten Punkte wie in Ihrem Screenshot feststellen.
Möchten Sie Ihre Datei freigeben?
Haben Sie auch schon überlegt, InDesign zurückzusetzen?

I tested an export using the same InDesign version (20.4.1) and the same macOS version (15.5) on my own file, and I did not see any dots added like you show in your screenshot.
Would you like to share your file?
Also, have you considered a reset of InDesign?

Hello. Yes, it is InDesign Version 20.4.1 on MacBookPro M1, 2021, iOS Sequoia 15.5.

I have been able to narrow down the error. If I create an interactive PDF and uncheck the “Create PDF with tags” checkbox, the error is not generated.
