Hi,
I just activated a few fonts via the Typekit website - also fonts.adobe.com - and marked some of them as favorites. Back in InDesign, I tried filtering fonts by favorites only to discover I don't have any. I scrolled through the full list and identified my favorites - okay, so font syncing has worked - but the "favorites" designation has not come across. Is marking a font in InDesign - 'starring' - different than 'hearting' in Typekit? What gives?
Regards,
Rich
Hi Rich,
Unfortunately the two "favoriting" systems are not connected. Starring fonts in InDesign is a method of filtering your font menu. The list of Adobe Fonts favorites can be helpful for users who don't want to keep a large number of fonts activated at one time. It's found under the Favorites tab in My Adobe Fonts.
I apologize for any inconvenience. Let me know you have further questions.
Best regards,
Molly
