Feuille de style de paragraphe (en partie) inopérante

Bonjour,

je rencontre des difficultés depuis quelques temps à lors de l'application d'une feuille de style de paragraphe : les couleurs de caractères restent bloqués sur [Noir] alors que la feuille de style spécifie une autre nuance. À savoir que ce problème vient d'apparaître. J'ai fait la dernière mise à jour qui ne change rien.

De plus cela fait plusieurs mois que j'ai un autre souci : en sélectionnant un bloc en cliquant dessus, il ne s'active pas, je dois déplacer le curseur de la souris en dehors du bloc pour qu'il apparaisse comme sélectionné. Très usant à la longue…

Avez-vous une idée de comment résoudre ces soucis ?

Thanks for reaching out, and I'm sorry to hear you've been running into these issues.

For the paragraph style issue where the character color stays stuck on [Black] even though your style specifies a different swatch, this might be caused by local overrides. Try selecting the text and applying the paragraph style while holding down the Option (Mac) key to force the style to override any local formatting. Also, check if there's a character style applied that might be locking the color. Removing or adjusting that should help.

Regarding the second issue, I would like to inform that this is a known issue on macOS and a bug has been logged for it. The product team is working on its fix. Could you please confirm if you're using macOS? If yes, try enabling GPU Performance in InDesign by going to Preferences > GPU Performance and checking the box for "GPU Performance." Once enabled, relaunch InDesign and let me know if the issue still persists.

Also, it would be helpful if you could share your InDesign version and operating system, and let me know if the paragraph style issue happens in all documents or just specific ones. If possible, a short screen recording demonstrating the issue would be great to better understand what's happening.

Hello, and thank you for your reply.

Regarding the paragraph style sheet, it was indeed a nested character style that was causing the problem. It's now resolved.

Regarding the other issue, I'm on Mac OS, but I can't authorize GPU performance: the area is grayed out.

I'm working on InDesign 20.3.1, my operating system is Sequoia 15.4.1.
