Fie Recovering Cannot Open

I have a problem with my file not opening, there is a command to open the recovery file but after that it still won't open. please help, thank you

In future use it soft like Acronis and schedule incremental backup.  

 

Remember, never say you can't do something in InDesign, it's always just a question of finding the right workaround to get the job done. © David Blatner
