File 'META-INF/encryption.xml' in EPUB not listed in manifest!

Trying to upload my InDesign epub book to smashwords and getting this notification: File 'META-INF/encryption.xml' in EPUB not listed in manifest!
Your .epub file is missing one or more elements in its manifest. A complete manifest is required for distribution to Apple. Here's how Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/EPUB) defines "Manifest":"The manifest element lists all the files contained in the package. Each file is represented by an item element, and has the attributes id, href, media-type. All XHTML (content documents), stylesheets, images or other media, embedded fonts, and the NCX file should be listed here."
Anyone know how to resolve this?

Hi @Sherrie23715396ne5d,

This seems to be an issue with embedded fonts. Export the epub without embedding the fonts. See the following discussion

Hi Joyce,

How did you export without embedded fonts? I'm having the same exact problem you had. My epub passed the validator but Smashwords is giving me the same error message you got.
Thanks!

I see that you had already read the post that I mentioned. Well to not embed fonts you will have to export as "EPUB (Reflowable)" then you will have the checkbox in the HTML/CSS section to toggle the font embedding. See the screenshot below

Thanks so much! Unfortunatly, I can't change this book to reflowable because of the content, but it's good to know this informaton for a future publication.
