We use InDesign to typeset certificates. When we want to save a JPG or PDF file, can we directly insert the person's name into the "file name"?

For example: first place: George Wang, second place: Tom Chen....

My file name can be directly changed to: first place: Wang Xiaoming, second place: Chen Xiaohua, like this
Because if there are many certificates, it will take a lot of time to change the file names one by one.
