Fine lines running through Image

I'm working on a post for instagram but every time I save and export, I get these fine lines running through my image. Why does this happen?

How do I get rid of those fine lines through my lettering?

thin lines that are generated over the images, or bypassing dropshadows, during the print to file (PDF) process

Hi @Ailton_Marques1 , Don’t Print the PDF. Export using the PDF/X-4 preset.

It looks like they could be "stitching" lines generated during the file flattening.

Printing to PDF is particularly prone to problems as it doesn't support transparency at all. PNG can support transparency, I beleive, but you are going from vector to raster format and doing a color conversion on top of that (cmyk to rgb).

I also need to know what is the solution for this problem of thin lines that are generated over the images, or bypassing dropshadows, during the print to file (PDF) process. Thanks.

What operating system? What version of InDesign? What settings are you using to export to what filetype? Are you working in RGB?
