First Bullet Point Not Lining up with 2nd bullet

Hi I am a new to InDesign but I am trying to get my first bullet point to line up with my second and all bullets.  Can't seem to figure out what I am doing wrong.  Please help.

Looks like you have a corner effect on that frame.

OMG That was it.  I have spent hours researching bullet points and watching tutorials.  No clue it was from the FRAME.  A MILLION THANKS!  Note:  At least I know a lot about bullet points now.  🙂
