Font Problems InDesign

Hello, 

I've come across a strange problem in InDesign where the fonts I have installed on my pc and in the Adobe cloud are showing as 'building' in InDesign. They are available in Illustrator. 

I've uninstalled and reinstalled the program but that hasn't fixed the issue. 

I'm using Win 11. 

This is an issue when exporting to Adobe PDF for printing, as I'm getting an error message. 

Files attached: Illustrator showing the fonts available; InDesign showing them 'building'; and Adobe PDF with error message. 

I have looked at installing the fonts for 'all users' (there is only one on this pc) but there doesn't seem to be an option in Win11. 

I could go through the file and change the 'building' fonts to ones which are available, but this is not ideal. Any ideas?
