Fonts incomplete when I package files

Hi. Im having problems with Roboto and Dosis font. I re-installed them many times but when I pack the file it says they are incomplete. There is not missing fonts problems.

Windows 10? Did you install for all users?

There is known bug that will throw that error if you don't.

are your fonts activated via creative cloud licence?

these fonts are not included in the indesign package but are incorporated into the pdf file
