Garamond Premier Pro Trans Font missing

Are you saying that even new documents are giving this message? That would be very strange. If you mean that documents that were previously created with this font are showing the problem then I could make two suggestions. First, since the missing font doesn't say specifically that it is Regular it might be searching for a different weight that is considered the  default weight for that font like Roman or even Medium which you might not have loaded. The other thought is that you might have a different version of the font loaded from whatever one was used when the file was created. If you're saying that this is a file that you created with the same set of fonts then, of course, this wouldn't apply. Also, if you're saying that even after you change the font and save the file that it still asks for it then the problem may be one of a corrupt font and you would need to install a new copy of the font.

Write a sample text using Garamond Pro font in a new document and post a screenshot of its find font information.

This will let us know the postscript name and the font version of the Garamond Pro font present in your system
