Hi, I'm using a google font 'Outfit' in Indesign CC, through Extensis suitcase. I've created numerous documents using the font and everything was working fine, but suddenly even though the font is activated in suitcase, it isn't appearing in the drop-down fonts in Indesign CC. The font however is working in Adobe Illustrator.
Anyone know how to resolve this issue, up against a client's deadline! Many thanks.
Hi All,
We appreciate your patience. The issue is fixed with the latest InDesign version (17.2.1). Please update InDesign to the latest version and see if that helps.
If you still experience the issue on the 17.2.1 version, then please try resetting the preferences. It will fix the issue.
Let us know if you need further assistance. We'd be happy to help.
Thanks,
Harshika

If you recently updated to InDesign 17.2, there is a font bug that causes random fonts not to show up. Rolling back to an earlier version (I went back to 17.01) solves the problem. Hopefully an update will fix it soon.

My MetaOT font was active with Suitcase in Illustrator but not in 17.2 ID....
Installing ID 17.01 set things right.
Thanks!

I'm still having an issue with this. I've tried resetting preferences, reverting to a previous version of indesign, installing 17.2.1 again...nothing is working. This is a major issue because Outfit is our brand typeface and I'm unable to use it.
