Gradients did not print on printed pop up banner banner

Question

Hi!I have printed a pop up banner with a gradiennt on it but it came as a solid. On the exported PDF the gradient is perfect, but once printed, the pop up banner design is fine besided the gradient that comes as a solid. I have worked in indesign to create the design.  Does anyone know why this happend?Thanks!

How is the gradient created, using Color > Gradient, or Object > Effects > Transparency?

What are the color types used (Process, Spot)?

If spot colors were used, did they remain spot throughout export?

What are the color modes used (CMYK, RGB, Lab)?

What PDF export settings were used to create PDF?

Is gradient overlapping other transparent elements?
