How to detect them in situations like this?
Ku (normal position
or
Ku (were the red u is a subscript letter)
The idea is later to list all of them, in both positions.

Or just to know that metacharacter to use in this grep?
(?<=K)x
x= metacharacter for super/subscripts
thanks

You have a formula that catches the "u" in the Ku software. You can then solve this problem by creating a character style of how you want this "u" to behave.
Both super script and sub script do not happen naturally at the same time.

Hi Ceygun,
Sorry for my delay.
Yes, the «u» may be caught... both normal or subscript...
The idea is to detect both in normal position and subscript...
Both situations are happening in a text and need to isolate or list them.
Thanks
